1) If you are considering making an application complete the request form for the brochure which will provide full information. This will be found from the menu- 'Application Forms'. Allow approximatley two weeks for the brochure to arrive.
2) When you have received your brochure, read all the details about the IcFEM Gap Programme, and decided on the proffered dates and which projects you would like to participate in fill in the application form, which is at the back of the brochure and send it to the address below. You can also fill in the application form on our website, found on the 'Application Forms' page.

4) If successful at this stage, within two weeks, IcFEM will contact you by email to arrange an interview. The interview will be held in the UK. We have several interviewers throughout the UK who will contact you to make the necessary arrangements.
5) If you are unsuccessful at this stage you will be notified by email
6) Successful applicants will then be provided with a ‘Karibu’ (the IcFEM Welcome Pack) to help you make the necessary arrangements for your visit. You’ll also be provided with a contact in your own country who will be available for further advice.
7) It is vitally important that flight details are not confirmed until IcFEM Kenya has been consulted by email.
8) Once the dates have been agreed an invoice will be sent for accommodation and transfer costs and payment should be made by bank transfer at least month before arrival date.
9) Flight numbers and times through to Kisumu should be supplied by IcFEM Kenya who will arrange for you to be met at Kisumu Airport.
